Lithuania has strong cultural ties with Belarus

Belarusians share much culturally with Lithuania. Hard to believe that after all the horrible things the Russians have done to Belarus that they would be allied with them. Of course once Lukashenko took over and re-established the KGB in Belarus, they were done.
